Welcome to the New and Improved Pietist Schoolman!

Here it is: the redesigned Pietist Schoolman!

After some tinkering with fonts and other settings, I decided to stick with the WordPress theme recommended by readers in last month’s poll (Gateway). But I also opted to make this look a bit more like a personal website. The blog is still the centerpiece, but now there’s a stable landing page, and the pages for books, podcasts, and my speaking schedule are a bit more prominent. (At least, they’re a little less buried in the mix.)

It’ll probably take a while to update previous posts — I’ll start with the most recent and the most popular — but hopefully we won’t have too many significant glitches interrupting your reading.

In terms of content, you shouldn’t notice anything different. I’ll continue to write three or four times a week on Christianity, history, education, and where they intersect, with occasional guest posts from Jared Burkholder and other folks.

Thanks for reading!
