This weekend I’d like to take a break from That Was The Week That Was and share something lighter…
For those of you who aren’t Twitter, here’s a recent thread of mine: a perhaps not-quite comprehensive list of depictions of Charles Lindbergh on film and TV. (You can tell that I’m not much of a thread-writer: I stopped then restarted numbering during a brief excursion into an Agatha Christie story.) As a Trekker, I especially like the last one, but the notion of Buck Henry playing a “pervy” Lindbergh is also amusing.
(By the way, I’ll have more about Lindbergh’s appearance at the Apollo 11 launch sometime next week.)
